Sanctity of the Body Theme by Dr Moore
Dr E L Moore preached on The Sanctity of the Body at Vernon church last Sunday. He argued the body and soul are both sacred, bought by Christ, and should be neither despised nor indulged but kept holy and developed. He cited scripture from 1 Corinthians and highlighted the body as the temple of the Holy Spirit, urging remodeling of the body to fit a Christlike life. He emphasized balancing spiritual and physical duties and resisting extreme views about the body.
