Brother of Mrs Collins Died at Peel
Mo T Ewing aged 45 died last week in that city. He was buried in Fest View cemetery after funeral services hosted by the Masonic lodge at the home of his sister Mrs J J McPowell on West Paradise street. Survived by father G Ewing of Mell and two sisters, with several relatives from Vernon and Tell attending. He was assistant cashier of the First State Bank of Tell.

Local interest in trap shooting drives plans for a Vernon gun club. Prospective members signaled interest, a membership list is being prepared, and Officer Storey leads final preparations. About 2,000 shotgun shells ordered. dues set at $5 with extra costs shared among members. Field will be at fairgrounds. shoots with outside clubs possible. Last Vernon club was three years ago. Other ads note sewing machine service, furniture store, chicken and egg market, and engine house painting services.
