Fulcher Elected New Principal of Vernon High School
The Vernon school board named J. Fulcher as high school principal for the coming year after accepting the resignation of A F Winston. Fulcher, county superintendent of schools for three years, was approved unanimously and will resign his county post to assume the new duties. The board also accepted Mrs. Clira W. McGaugh’s resignation and elected Miss Catherine Chapman to fill her place, with Miss Lucille Shank named domestic science teacher and BW L. Dohoney tasked with addressing the manual training vacancy.
