Judge and Mrs. T. J. Griffiths of West Vernon celebrated their golden wedding anniversary with a large afternoon gathering at their home. Miss Sarah E. Perry of McLennan County, Texas, became the bride of Judge Griffiths on July 25, year unknown. Judge Griffiths, a native of Wales, has served as Vernon justice of the peace for ten terms. The couple have four children, four grandchildren, and one great grandchild, and remain active in Vernon affairs. A noon dinner and Edison music highlighted the celebration.
