Rough Sea Breaks Up Fishing Party on Lake Tuesday
An Oklahoma fishing party led by John A Woods and W F Chamberlain faced gigantic waves on Lake Konso last Tuesday. The motor boat lost its trail, the crew drifted to an island soaked and disheartened, and they returned to Altus without launching again. Relatives report the party endured a night of peril before reaching shore.
