The Chamber of Commerce plans a traveling one night home talent Chautauqua to visit Wilbarger county communities with Vernon supplying the talent. Each city civic club will be assigned a community to present a program before an advance club member helps set the show. The Vernon Concert band will accompany trips and all clubs will participate to broaden rural town cooperation and goodwill.

School Board Buys Equipment for New High School

John Walek to Be Buried Today
