In Vernon Texas on August 2 1918 Bessie E McDaniel sues R S McDaniel for an absolute divorce claiming they were legally married October 1914 and lived as husband and wife until the defendant left in 1915 or 1918. Four weekly citations summon unknown heirs of Loftin and Loftin heirs to appear in Wilbarger County District Court at Vernon Texas. Petitions seek partition of 180 acres in Black 6 Houston and Texas Central, with defendants named as co owners and life estate holders.
