Call Field flyer killed in Fort Sill crash
Lieutenant W L Carson of Call Field was killed when his airplane crashed at Fort Sill Oklahoma on Friday He was alone in the aircraft. Carson and another lieutenant flew over Vernon Friday morning en route to Fort Sill on official business. Carson a popular figure at Call Field resided in Hood River Oregon. Misses Helen and Birdie Hiatt visited friends in Quanah Friday.
