Supreme Court rules south bank of Red River as boundary

The court awarded Oklahoma oil lands valued at 200 million dollars and barred Texas from permitting activity on the disputed lands while the suit proceeds. The decision traces the boundary to the 1819 treaty with Spain and cites Adams and the Spanish envoy. Frederic A. Delano was named receiver of oil proceeds in the interim.
