A telegram from the Durbar Committee of the Dallas Chamber invites Vernon merchants manufacturers and citizens to Dallas for the Durbar week starting May 21. They will join the illuminated parade on May 24 with bands costumes and floats. The Durbar of the Flowers will spotlight Texas wildflowers and the blue bonnet with over 2 000 participants in the State Fair Grounds stadium.
