Precision welding guides underground pipeline smoothly
X rays bend each pipe section to exact pitch for ground placement. Beveled joints, buffed ends, and stringer hot filler and finish passes ensure strong welds. Welds are inspected visually and x rayed, with reports sent to Fish Northwest inspectors. Wrapped and coated, the pipe endures corrosion before lay. The Jeep detector then tests for bare metal flaws to repair wrapping.
