A chaotic aggregation of notices announces water appropriation filings in Uintah County Utah, including William Morgan Amg ardiners and Caleb Tanner as state engineer, plus public mining claims in Vernal and Whiterocks with protest deadlines, dates and locations. The notices specify streams, ditches, acreage, acceptable periods, and required affidavits.
Burnet B. Kettle of Vernal Utah applies to divert four cubic feet per second from Willow Creek Uintah County for irrigation of 240 acres in Sections 13 and 4 Township 9 South Range 19 East Salt Lake Meridian. The site is 682 feet north of the southeast corner of Section 24. Application No 3743 filed with the State Engineer. Public notice dated August 18 1911. Galee Tanner and Fred R. Martin assist in processing.
