Funeral Held for Accident Victim at Gusher
A Utah funeral marked the death of Eva Kune tush ton, 87, in a Friday afternoon car crash near the Uintah River bridge west of Gusher. Wayne Ferguson, 27, faces negligent homicide charges after his car struck a Dahlberg vehicle, killing Mrs. Kune tush ton and injuring others. Ferguson posted bond. three charges, including license and registration violations, remain.

Truck Car Smash in Naples Area Demolishes Auto
An auto and a dump truck collision occurred last Thursday at about 11 am at the intersection of U540 and a county road near Naples. Participants include Francis Hall 18 Vernal driver of the car owned by Kent Jackson and Peter Muston 25 Pleasant Grove driver of the Whiting and Haymond Construction Co truck. The truck turned left as the car passed. brakes failed to stop, skidded 136 feet, and struck the rear of the truck. No serious injuries. Glenna Jackson rode as a passenger in the car. Muston cited for an unspecified offense.
