Remembering Mrs Hacking as church leader and educator
A long obituary recounts the life of Mrs Claire C Hacking, highlighting her early family roots in Sevier County, Utah, and her service to the Maeser Stake and Maeser School. It notes her roles in Primary work, her travel over difficult roads, her leadership during and after World War I, and the May Festival that became a landmark event under her guidance. The account lists speakers, pallbearers, and the memorial service at Fairview Cemetery conducted by Bishop Lester Bing.
