The S.ate Laplicer's Office of Salt Lake City publishes notice that Josue Hayaml Walter of DeLinns Utah has filed for appropriation of one tenth of a cubic foot per second of water from the Wait ease Lech Spring in Uintah County. The proposed use runs from November to May for irrigation and watering livestock. The filing requires duplicate copies for publication and is dated October 20, 1940 with publication and completion dates listed.
Public notice announces Joe Thomson of Green River Wyoming applied under Utah and federal laws to divert 39.14 cubic feet per second of water from Carson Wash Uintah County Utah.
