Robbery Suspects From Kansas Face Charges
Two men and a Kansas woman were charged Friday after a Wayne's Mobil Service robbery the previous day. Robert Chesney 27 Kenneth Mrosius 36 and Margaret Ox 24 of Wichita were brought before Judge Earl Fretman. The trio fled in a car with Kansas plates after taking $3 and 10 bills from the cash drawer. A highway patrol pursuit ended six miles east of Vernal when the car stopped to replace a blown hood and was overtaken by Lt. Hatch and Trooper Metiri. About $100 was recovered.
