Public notice announces sale of inherited and non competent Indian lands within Uintah and Ouray Agency Whiterocks Utah under the May 27 1902 act. Lands are listed at the agency Whiterocks Utah and offered for sale under federal law.
The Interior Department announces a withdrawn status ending May 9 1910 for lands in Utah tied to the Colorado River Storage Project. It restricts settlement and entry until June 1919 while allowing entry under public land laws after May 9 1910. Controls prohibit occupancy before May 9 1910 and limit activities near the Green River and adjacent sections.
Department of the Interior notice states Fajah Ro Nallion of Ouray Utah filed to make final proof on land Lot 13 Section 21 Township 48 Range 2 West Uinta Special Meridian. State Engineer's Office in Salt Lake City announces George Hi Young of Vernal Utah has applied to divert thirteen cubic feet per second from Whiterocks Creek for irrigation of 866 acres in Sections 10 11 and 16 Township 6 South Range 19 East and domestic use year round. Notice requires protests by affidavit within 30 days after publication.
