Rock Springs seeks survey for easterly access route
John Hay Jr. spokesman for Rock Springs argues the delegation desires a survey of the proposed easterly route to prove it the most feasible permanent access facility. The move followed a Green River Daggett County Utah delegation’s offer at the prior commission meeting. A rival group urged adopting State Highway 530 to the dam on the west side of the reservoir with a bridge east of Manila, designating 530 as the dam’s secession route from Green River during construction.
