Shamrock Oil and Gan Co reported tests at Rock Mouse Unit 3 in Uintah County Utah. Gauges measured 1,420,000 cubic feet daily gas through a two inch choke over several hours after tracing from 5,828 to 5,944 feet and 5,844 feet. A second test yielded 527,000 cubic feet daily from perforations 5,812 to 5,632 feet. Site in Section 11 Township 14 South Range 23.

East Superior Oil tests Navajo G-14.7 in San Juan County
East Superior Oil Co of California reported a test show of 281 barrels of 42 gravity API oil on its Navajo G-14.7 in San Juan County. The test ran 13 hours with the wildcat located in Section 7 Township 43 South Range 25 East. Production appeared in the Ismay zone at depths from 5,345 to 5,374 feet.

Mr and Mrs P E Rusgow hosted a music contest trip involving A terra Junior High School students at Altamont High School on March 6. Allen Pike led the group. Artesia Colorado visitors Floyd and Mrs Ross and children stopped by the Ross home Saturday, with Givens of Baldwin Park California also visiting. Rasmussen, son of Ollie Rasmussen, reports he was named second assistant in the Sunday School superintendency in the LDS ward at Puenta California. Mothers of Alterra Junior High seventh and eighth graders called the Winns after telephoning their son Elder Jay Winn, an LDS missionary in Kansas City Missouri. Earl Gardner and two children, Boyd Winn, and Effie Winn joined a trip to Orem on Sunday to see Della McKowen, age 94, at the Mitchell home. Meekowen is sister to Effie Winn, and Earl Gardner resides with Gordon Mitchell.
