Senate action on the Uncompahgre reservation calls for public surveys of all vein claims with 160 feet along the vein and 800 feet on each side. Bids will be invited by 90 days of notices in Utah papers, with checks and a $5 acre rate. Purchasers must develop the property, then patent within years.
