An explosion at the Catsburg mine of the Monogahela River Coal and Coke Company in Monogahela on Thursday killed five workers and seriously injured several others. Nine year old Stewart Nill died in Denver on Sunday from a chest wound after a mock Indian battle where James Batson 12 was arrested for murder.
