Rangely Oil Line Daily Flow Increases
An additional 1000 bhls of oil now flows daily into the Salt Lake refineries after new pumps were installed on Utah Oil Refining Company's Warm Sutter Line from Rangely to Salt Lake City. Pumps were installed at Granger, Wy, replacing old equipment. Daily average capacity for the Watmutter lateral now 227,000 barrels. We hazard the guess that the future of this nation depends more on increased energy output and industrial productivity than on the national interest view of wilderness protection.
