Notices show two district court summonses in Utah and Uintah County cases. One targets Jyon Maintiffs v Benett and Le-defendants over promissory notes and injunctions with a June 1920 filing. The second summons in the Fourth Judicial District requires defendant Lester Taylor to appear within twenty days, alongside a Water Users notice from the State Engineer’s Office dated June 14 1910. State Engineers Office Utah announces applications by Peter G Wall Manila Utah to divert four cubic feet per second from Hernford Wash for irrigation of 100 acres across sections 25 26 29 30 townships 2 3 north ranges 1 19 east. Protests due within 30 days after publication.
Utah water department notice details a 1000 acre foot application under revised laws to store water from Smitha Fork Creek Summit County from January 1 to December 32, release April 1 to October 31, convey via canals to irrigate thousands of acres across multiple sections in Townships 16 to 18 north Range 113 to 116 west.
