Runaway Chicago youths picked up by Night Marshal Erickson

Two youths from Chicago aged 22 and 18 were found prowling the business district alleys on Monday. They were held to await arrival of their father after wiring funds for return home. D Packard Diviston of Utah Power and Light inspected Vernal plant on May 29 and outlined costly planned improvements. Mountain Lion Bagged by Jan L Swett Near Vernal

Jamea L Swett a rancher twenty two miles northeast of Vernal brought in a mountain lion pelt eight feet long found eating a sheep. He set traps near a freshly killed buck carcass, captured a lion in a trap that escaped, and treed another. A hunter received 2500 in combined awards plus a 1309 state bounty for each mountain lion killed.

The Sanpete county wool pool, representing 250 growers and 200000 pounds, was sold to Adams and Leland of Bose yon but below Ulntah figures. Gigantic Footprints Found in Colorado Coal Mine
