Camping Equipment For Comfortable Outings
Mind campers who are surprised to learn camping is popular today. Equipment choice depends on how you travel whether by foot canoe pack train auto or plane. The tent remains the key item and must be well reinforced at stress points with a detachable groundcloth preferred. Bedding weight warmth and fit are next considerations with catalogs from advertisers to compare and buy. Packs follow.

Choosing a durable pack for rugged outdoor use
A sturdy pack lasts longer and costs more up front. Look for strong reinforcement inside and outside the bag, sturdy sewing, and wide comfortable shoulder straps. Avoid cheap packs where fittings tear loose, straps break, or the seams burst.
