The Colton Oddie Bill passed before adjournment will fund highway construction and maintenance in Moffat County. The Maybell to Vernal road is expected to qualify for federal aid, with surveys and coordination by state and federal agencies. Another road between Fortification and Diggs may also fall under the act pending a survey by a state highway team.
