The Federal Power Commission announces applications for power development on Green River. Utah Power and Light, Salt Lake City, seeks Rattlesnake site in Ta 15 to 18, Rs 16 and 17E. Green River Power Company, Los Angeles, seeks complete development from Green River town to confluence of Green and Grand Rivers in southern Utah. Objections or hearing requests must be sent to the Executive Secretary by July 8 to Aug. 26.
State Engineer office in Salt Lake City announces Nalts C. Myrup requests to divert 4.57 sec ft of water from Hill Creek in Uintah County for irrigation of 320 acres from April 1 to November 1 and to convey water 16 000 ft. Protests with affidavit and $2.60 fee due within 30 days after publication. Publication dated June 22 1921. completion July 29 1921.
The Utah Power & Light Company applies to appropr iate 5000 Sec Ft of Green River water in Daggett County to generate electric power across Utah Idaho and Wyoming. It plans to store 3 000 000 Acre feet in a reservoir covering extensive land areas and to divert water year round from a specified dam site. Protests by affidavit with a $2.50 fee must be filed by August 6 1921.
