Deepest Oil Well Planned in Rangely Basin Project

Local magnates back the Rangely boom with 2,500 to 4,480 acres, aiming for shallow wells as tests begin with a 2,500 foot rig. Geologists call Rangely a major oil dome with vast untapped potential.
