The Utah State Engineer publishes notices of numerous water right applications from agencies including United States Bureau of Reclamation and Utah Water and Power Board. Proposals request irrigation, wildlife habitat, stock watering, and incidental domestic use along Green River and tributaries with varied point of diversion locations and seasonal schedules from Apr 1 to Oct 31 or year-round. Protests due by August 4, 1959.
