State Engineer in Salt Lake City announces P L Nelson of Watson Utah seeks to appropriate 67.00 cubic feet per second of Bitter Creek water from Uintah County for irrigation of 400 acres from April 1 to October 15. Water is diverted at a specified point and conveyed by two ditches totaling 20 000 feet. Protests with $100 fee due within 230 days. notice dated February 3 1922.
