Religious Use of Schools Not IMegal Dr Jensen Holds
A Utah column discusses school religious use with Dr Jensen as legal adviser to boards of education. It covers opinions on constitutional provisions, including sections 4 and 13, and laws restricting funding or use of school buildings by religious organizations. The author dissents from later conclusions, arguing for strict church–state separation and noting public interest in governing law.

Utah Court Clears School District Renting to Churches
A Utah attorney general debate over constitutional bans on public money or property aiding churches concludes boards of education may rent schoolhouses to church or other religious groups when not in use, without violating the constitution. The opinion cites Chapter 87 of 1923 laws aligning executive and legislative views, while rejecting broader prohibitions on rental and asserting no inscription bars religious use when not interfering with school purposes.
