The Caxton Four Bedroom House Plan Description
The Caxton can be expanded to four bedrooms by adding two on the second floor. By omitting the archway the dining and living rooms can be combined. A fireplace is featured but can be replaced with a picture window. Good circulation is achieved via a door from the front vestibule to the kitchen. All rooms are reachable from the front entrance without passing through another room. The first floor includes a large hall closet and linen cabinet, bedrooms with wardrobe closets. the second floor has two closets and attic storage. Cabinets in the kitchen end provide dining space with a double compartment sink under the window. Exterior features wide siding, asphalt shingle roof, and a covered stoop protecting the front entrance. There is a full basement. Dimensions 34 by 26 feet with a 5.5 foot projection on two sides.
