Notice records Meter Lia yout of Banbuin Wisconsin filing to enter land under the 1908 Act in Vernal Utah. Adverse claimants must file protests with the United States Land Office by January 16, 1909.
Cyrus A Thompson of Vernal Utah filed notice of intent to make final commutation proof to establish a land claim in Uintah Special Meridian. Witnesses named Horace W Woolley William Sprouse Christian Johnson and William T Green all of White Rock Utah. The filing dates are November 1 1908 and January 8 1909 with Charles DeMoisy as Register.
Department of the Interior gives notice that Adolpha Sessions of Hayden Utah made a homestead entry on September 22 1905 for NW Y of section in Uintah meridian. He intends to make proof of continuous occupation and establish a claim before the Utah Land Office on December 21.Require witnesses Leute Sheeden Rudolph Miller Whitmer Burgess and John Morrocke all of Hayden Utah.
Department of the Interior Vernal Utah issues notice that Amman B Reynolde of Duchesne Utah filed intent to prove up a land claim under entry No 440 in Section 17 Township 28 Range 1 Unitah Special Meridian. Proof is set for December 22 before the United States Land Office examiner. witnesses listed include William Jaylor Joseph Workman Baths A Carrol and David MA Workman.
