Don E F Richardson longtime distributor for Fisher and Wondertread selected to fill the vacancy created by C R Hopkins resignation. A 99 by 150 foot plot at First West and First North will be flooded when temperatures drop to form a skating rink. The Youth Center committee leads the plan to boost recreation with city help from Mayor C. R. Henderson and Fran Feltch handling clearance and supervision by civic clubs. Decorated Homes Judging Slated For Dec 23

Vernal residents will see a Christmas lights judging event on December 23 hosted by the Jaycee Christmas activity committee chaired by Larson Caldwell.
