Randlet Utah notice lists shareholders with delinquent shares and amounts due from October 3 1980 including Carl Nene Trough John Garr and others. By order of the board on October 1 1980 parcels may be sold December 17 1960 at 7 PM at Calvin Jurgensen residence Randlett Utah to cover delinquent investments and sale costs.

Project includes dam 100 ft high near Tyzack pile creating a 10 000 ac ft reservoir to irrigate 3500 acres and supply 1500 acres as sole supply with year round domestic and stock watering. April to October irrigation period.
