A vintage note describes a party game called The Game of Tip where players choose a hidden dainty from a pile. One person retires while others select the target piece named Tip. On return, the player removes pieces hoping not to draw Tip, with all removed items returning if Tip is drawn.
A fragment describes a laughter game where nouns are omitted from a poem and filled in from noun cards to create humorous results. It also mentions slicing toy ads into irregular pieces, placing parts in envelopes, and players assembling the pictures for a game.
An old idea suggests using envelopes printed as letters from Santa with names and addresses. Guests read inscriptions on envelopes to find their places. Sample addresses include Miss Lillian Cook 415 Adams Street and Mr Harry Urderwood 518 Belt Avenue. Some addresses may be harder to read.
