Death of Famous Flier Blamed on Rift
LAS VEGAS NEV Alex Papana 40 renowned flier and former personal pilot to King Carol of Romania apparently died by his own action due to his wife's divorced plan, authorities said. Papana's body found in a desert ravine 13 miles southwest of here. Two death by own action notes found in his blue jacket pocket. The search started when his coupe with a note addressed to Jean was found on the Lar Vernet Angels highway. The body was found three miles away. Officers learned Jean was Jean Hacker whom Papana married here last March 30. Deputies said Mrs Papana was staying at a hotel to establish residence for a divorce.
