So Much Discord Among Officials At Ashlay Upper Irrigation
Stockholders will consider resignations of officers after a court house meeting led by George Slaugh. An auditing committee reported loose bookkeeping and $88,969 unaccounted funds, but later figures show all money accounted for. Secretary Heber Timothy and Treasurer William Gillman faced adjustments, credits, and a net small balance due to Timothy. The board was authorized to reconvene with the auditing committee to straighten the books and address an over-issue of stock.
