District Court Opens with Jury Selection and Docket
The Fourth Judicial District opened at 10 a m with Judge A C Hatch presiding. Sixteen jurors were drawn for the panel. Trials set include Alexander for petit larceny perjury and assault charges among others. Several divorces and civil actions were scheduled. some cases were postponed or dismissed. The court adjourned to Thursday with continued docket review and juror attendance issues addressed.
