Uintah County Grants Power Franchise to Uintah Power and Light
The Uintah County Commission grants Uintah Power and Light Company a fifty year franchise to erect operate and maintain an electric lighting and power system within Uintah County Utah. Construction must begin within one year of acceptance. system must be in operation within that year otherwise void.
