Two Boxes of Bones Fossils Fail to Arrive
A Carnegie Museum shipment from Vernal, Utah, did not deliver two of the planned boxes of bones and fossils. The remaining two boxes were left, with authorities noting the law exists but avoiding further museum-wide litigation. Local efforts to aid Vernal raised funds including 1500 dollars for a palomino project and 2400 dollars for the Vernal Chamber, while residents organize freight and visitor plans.
