Vernal to Build Amusement Palace in Uintah Basin
Promoters have finished plans for the Vernal Amusement Palace to be built on a 1283 by 1404 foot site. The onestory complex features eight compartments including ladies and gents rooms, swimming pool, gymnasium, and ballroom with a maple floor. The Salt Lake style front will have two large domed towers. the structure will use brick and steel, occupy 7 by 125 feet, and employ 30 to 40 workers during construction by Russell Engineering Co. White River near completion ready for operation.
