Were You Counted campaign ends census short count warning
District census supervisor Ralph E. Rob son announced a Were You Counted campaign to ensure no resident is overlooked in the 1960 census. Citizens should submit Were You Counted forms at the district office and newspapers publish the forms to speed preliminary area totals for cities with 10 000 or more people and for counties. Final figures will follow in Washington later, as returns are tabulated. A complete count affects federal and state funding per capita.
