The plan diverts water at specified townships, conveys via flumes over Sinks and back to streams, with supplementary use through a canal to draw and natural finally to distribute across listed lands. Protests must be filed in duplicate with $2.60 fee within 60 days. Publication dates March 14, 1919 and April 21, 1919.
