A Seaside Summer and Letters to Molly in Manitou
Readings of society notes from Ocean View and Narragansett mix with a young narrator’s make believe exchanges with Molly Scharf. The piece recalls Cape May trips, the Rittenhouse circle, bootleggers, and small-town letters, all set in late 1930s Atlantic coast summers and Frankford and Manitou communities.
