Terrible accident at the Garrison injures three soldiers
Yesterday morning a balcony balustrade collapsed at the Garrison sending three soldiers to the ground from about thirty feet. One man suffered a fatal head wound, another may need leg amputation after a broken leg, and a third injured arm. The wounded are in hospital as officers and comrades react to the tragedy.
