Wayhinger and Strange chosen as delegates to constitutional convention
Mrs Culla Wayhinger of Upland and John T Strange of Marion were chosen by the Dry Federation in Marion to represent the federation as delegates to the state constitutional convention. Delegates will be elected in September with the convention set for next January. Wayhinger, state president of the WCTU, led the first ballot 106 to 12 and 13 for Katliff. on the second ballot Strange carried center township support, 68 to 62.
