The Odd Fellows and Knights of Pythias lodges announce a joint Memorial service next Sunday afternoon at M. E. Church. Rev. J. Campbell to address. Members to meet at 2:30 and march to the church, then to the cemetery for ritual and graveside decorations.
The Crunch county common schools graduate 300 students, the largest class yet. County Superintendent Terrell added 31 names after May exams. Van Buren township leads with 28 graduates. County commencement at Civic Hall on June 24, with township contests from June 8 to choose speakers, Van Buren set for June 17.
