A W Nickle Died in Roswell New Mexico Oil Man Remembered
Albert W Nickle a Tulsa oil man died at Roswell New Mexico on December 26 after brief illness. His wife Loretta Munn was at his bedside with their son Clyde present. The body was brought to Tulsa for interment and his funeral held with Tulsa Elks and Odd Fellows affiliations noted. He was born April 30 1851 in Bullion Pennsylvania and worked from rig building to drilling to producing before moving to Tulsa in 1912. Survived by wife two sons Clyde L Nickle Edward E Nickle and daughter Mrs John R Buider. He had lived in Warren Pa Marion Ind and Robinson Ill prior to Oklahoma and was a well known figure in Tulsa and the Van Buren field188

Aid Society Organized at Landers Church
