Attendees included Charley Ley Frank Guest Walter Sumner Westfall Floyd Westfall Stan Richardson Lander Upchurch.

The marshal found three bottles of whiskey including a quart and a pint partly full. Cranfield pleaded guilty before a city justice, was bound over to the circuit court with bond set, and remained in jail in Marion until bond was posted.
